Wingstop UK, famous for its fried chicken wings and iconic flavourings, opened the doors today, (10th November), to its new 4,780 sq.ft. restaurant at one of Scotland’s largest shopping malls, The Centre, Livingston, with a crowd of over 200 people who started queuing two hours before the launch.
Twin sisters, Laura Jones from Bathgate and Louise Marshall from Armadale, who is a big fan of the famous wings joined the queue just before 9am.
Louise said: “I’ve been to a few other Wingstop restaurants and was delighted when I heard there was one opening at The Centre, Livingston and decided to get my twin sister along to the opening to savour the great tasting wings for herself – and she wasn’t disappointed. We shared the atomic and original wings which were well worth the wait!”
Visitors to the new restaurant can enjoy the full menu of wings, tenders and burgers, all cooked to order and hand-sauced-and-tossed in Wingstop UK’s 10 distinctive flavours, including Hickory Smoked BBQ and Brazilian Citrus Pepper, along with signature sides like seasoned fries and freshly made ranch and blue cheese dip. Milkshakes, freestyle drinks, Camden Town Beer and a selection of churros for dessert will also be on offer.
