Peacocks fashion store is opening in Belper, Derbyshire, this week, after it agreed a 10-year lease for 55B King Street.

The store has been fitted out over the past few weeks and the ten new members of staff are ready to welcome customers to the shop, which opens on Thursday, June 29 at 9am.

Rakesh Joshi, LCP director, said: "We are pleased to see the shop unit now ready for customers. It will be a real boost to the local community, which will welcome the arrival of a respected national brand."

 

A spokesperson for Peacocks added: "The store will stock a variety of women's, men's and kids' fashion, making it the perfect destination to shop for the whole family! We look forward to welcoming our new customers and hope they love our new store as much as we do."

 

LCP in-house lawyer Liz Alabaster and landlord agents Richard Webster from Jacksoncriss and Ed Purcell from Creative Retail were involved with the transaction.
