“We’re delighted to welcome both Nando’s and Jollyes to M Parc Fforestfach. These lettings reflect our strategy of attracting well-loved, high-quality brands that strengthen the appeal of the park and provide even more choice for the local community. Jollyes’ opening this weekend will be a fantastic celebration for pet lovers, and Nando’s will be another exciting addition that further enhances the retail and leisure offer at the site.”
M Parc Fforestfach, owned by LCP, part of M Core is celebrating two major lettings this month that strengthen its position as a key retail destination in Swansea.
Restaurant favourite Nando’s has signed a 15 -year lease on Unit 3, taking 3,945 sq. ft at the popular retail park. The new restaurant will bring Nando’s famous flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken to Fforestfach, with fit-out works set to begin shortly ahead of an opening planned for early 2026 creating over 40 new jobs.
The deal is the latest in a string of lettings at M Parc Fforestfach, reflecting ongoing investment by LCP to enhance the tenant mix and visitor experience.
Adam Martin, Head of LCP’s Bristol office and Asset Manager for M Parc Fforestfach, said:

Adding to the buzz, award-winning pet retailer Jollyes Pets will officially open its new flagship Swansea store this Saturday, 15 November. It marks the first of six new Jollyes openings in six weeks nationwide.
To celebrate, the park will temporarily rebrand as ‘Fforestbarc’ for the weekend, as Jollyes hosts a packed schedule of fun, freebies, and furry festivities for local families and their pets.
The grand opening will be led by The Countess Bathurst, founder of the National Foundation for Retired Service Animals (NFRSA), alongside South Wales Police’s PD Hero and fellow service dogs Keiko, Hera, Coco and Rocky. The event will include a £5,000 donation from Jollyes to the NFRSA, supporting retired service animals across the emergency services.
The Swansea store has created six new jobs and will be managed by Claudia Circiuamru, who brings strong retail experience and a lifelong passion for animals to her new role.
These transactions were completed by in-house solicitor Neil Harrison on behalf of the landlord.
